Generated Code

You own the code generated by our AI tools. However, we are not responsible for the functionality, security, or compliance of generated code.

7. Paid Services

Subscription Plans

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our sole discretion and may be subject to pro-rata calculations.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINICODE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MiniCode and our affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MiniCode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
